We have a chance to spend a weekend totally involved with nothing but meditation. A.U.M - Awareness Understanding Meditation, The Mystic Rose, No Mind, Born Again, and other Osho meditations, will release so much tension in the body and the mind, leading to deeper relaxation, and freeing our creativity. Please bring paper, pencils, crayons, charcoal, watercolor - whichever you prefer, (except oils for obvious reasons) to draw, paint, write verse or poetry. The important thing will be to express your feelings. |
