One of the meditations that happens on Sunday
LOCATION:  71 Barrow Street, #2, New York, NY




This technique is a powerful method to center your energy
and based upon a well-known and proven Sufi technique. Just because it is from
Sufi tradition it is free and not compulsive. And because it is not compulsive
you can smile even when you do this meditation...

This meditation has three stages as described below
  • First Stage - 30 minutes:
    A continuous dance in synchronicity with the other people in the group involving a set of six movements.


  • Second Stage - 15 minutes:
    Whirling


  • Third Stage - 15 minutes:
    Silence - lie down on the belly with your eyes closed. Leave your legs open and not crossed to allow all the energy you have gathered to flow through you.
