No-Mind Meditation
One of the meditations that happens on Sunday
LOCATION: 71 Barrow Street, #2, New York, NY

No-mind means intelligence. And when I am asking you for gibberish,
I am simply asking you to throw out the mind and all its activity so you
remain behind - pure, clean, transparent, perceptive. Osho

This meditation has three stages as described below
- First Stage:
With eyes closed begin to say nonsense sounds. Do not allow there
to be any gaps. If you cannot find sounds to gibber with, just say
la la la, but don't remain silent - about 40 minutes.
- Second Stage:
Sit absolutely still, silent and relaxed, watching your thoughts -
about 40 minutes.
- Third Stage:
Let-go. Allow your body to fall back without any effort or control.
When you are ready sit up again.
